Many options: In addition to hormone containing birth control options- pill, iud, arm implant, vaginal ring- there are non hormonal options, such as a condom, essure or tubal ligation, spermicide, non- hormonal iud, diaphragm and pull out and rhythm methods. Each has a very unique benefit and effectiveness rate. Read up before choosing.
