Employing the pull-out method (coitus interruptus) is not an effective means of contraception (up to 30% fertility per cycle) and is not recommended [pre-ejaculate fluid releases sperm cells into your vagina before he can pull out]. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and consider iud as a more effective (99%) contraceptive.
