No, but . . .: Sperm needs to contact an egg in the uterus to start a pregnancy, this usually requires intercourse, but even with oral sex or other sexual activity where ejaculation has occured, if the female gets a little semen near her vagina (it only takes a drop), pregnancy is possible. So, yes, it is possible to get pregnant without having had intercourse!

No.: Consuming semen does not cause pregnancy, however having unprotected sexual intercourse does lead to pregnancy, as some fluid expressed from the penis prior to ejaculation may contain sperm.
