Definitely not: Antibiotics need to be used appropriately - if they are not, REAL RISKS of side effects can happen. Erectile dysfunction is not an infection - and there are many things that can be investigated to restore normal male function. Hopefully your primary care doctor can set you in the right direction, or possibly a urologist if they are relatively unhelpful. Hope you get the help you need.
