Unlikely: All birth control methods can fail, so it is a good idea to take a pregnancy test to be sure. If it is negative, then enjoy not having cycles.

Normal with Implant: Implanon is a very effective birth control method. Failures are very very rare. It is normal to not have a period for many people. If you are concerned then check a pregnancy test from any pharmacy. The chances of pregnancy are extremely low but you will feel better. Enjoy the freedom from periods with implanon. It works.
