Discuss with him: How the issue affects you & your relationship with him, & explain your concern for his well-being. Explore what his reluctance is to see a doctor. Be empathic. Lack of sex drive is nothing to be ashamed of. It can be physiological or psychological. Either way, it is treatable. If ignored, it will definitely affect your relationship.
