Is it possible to get the hpv vaccinations all at the same time?

No: It would be nice but the immune system does not work this way. In ideal circumstance you will get the first dose followed by a 2nd dose 2 months later and the 3rd dose 4 months after that. If you miss a dose you start where you left off and do not have to start over.

No: No, they must be spread out appropriately to provide the important immune boost after each dose. Get doses today, then 2 months then another 4 months apart.
