Breast shape: Yes, depending on the type of deformity- there are many surgical options to improve the overall shape as well as size. Some patients have tubular breast deformity that may require two stage surgery to improve. Congenital deformities can be helped with surgery. Sternal deformities (excavatum) can be the cause of wide spread of the cleavage region. See your boarded certified plastic surgeon!
