See a Fertility MD: Weight loss, quitting smoking and heavy alcohol may help. Abnormal semen analysis always needs a 2nd test 1-2 months later for confirmation. Based on how low the count and/or sperm quality tests like motility and morphology are, we may do hormonal or genetic blood work. In some guys tablets or rarely shots can increase count. I recommend seeing a reproductive endocrinologist, and/or a urologist.
