Depends on degree : Of damage. This often can not be determined until surgery. You should find a highly skilled reproductive surgeon. Even most reproductive endocrinologists don't do much tubal surgery. Most want to remove and do ivf. Depending on age and level of damage the fertility rates with tubal repair can be quite good.
