Yes: Sure, sex can lead to anxiety. Some long to experience it, but feel it's wrong -- this would bring up anxiety. The partner you choose could make you anxious. Anxiety about showing feelings could make you anxious. The way you feel about yourself could make you anxious -- worry about doing it "right" or concern about how you look, etc. Anxiety about getting pregnant or getting std or hiv, etc.
