Hmmmm . . . . . .: As the budweiser commercial from the 1990's says: "why ask why?" :-) as long as it's safe sex, you're with someone you care for, & who cares about you (or you're discovering yourself on your own), simply enjoy. Releasing built-up sexual tension feels good. In the right situation, it can also increase intimacy, leading to even more enjoyment. It's not just nerve activity alone.

Answer #1: Nerves: This is how we are wired: •hypogastric nerve - transmits from the uterus and the cervix in women and from the prostate in men •pelvic nerve - transmits from the vagina and cervix in women and from the rectum in both sexes •pudendal nerve - transmits from the clitoris in women and from the scrotum and penis in men •vagus nerve - transmits from the cervix, uterus and vagina.
