No: The vast majority, if not all penis growth occurs during puberty (typically 14-19 yo in USA). A study regarding zinc deficiency from Egypt many years ago, noted increased length with replacement, but this has not been recommended as a treatment and the hyped penile lengthening products, have no scientific recognition. Puberty start and stop dates will vary. Diet may affect this.

Stay really healthy: Many pills, creams, and magic potions are advertised to make erections firmer, erections last longer, or a penis bigger, but they do not work (except maybe to give a man extra confidence, which can help a little). One can see a primary care doctor or a urologist if one has trouble with erections (due to blood flow problems, low testosterone, psychological stress, etc...).
