Common finding: The fat pad on the pubic bone of many toddlers is thick enough that many worry that the penile shaft is too small or shrinking. Exam generally shows it's fine & as the pad begins to thin out in that area by 6-7 the issue disappears. I get a similar question in the office several times a year.
