Generally No: Although it is possible for a std to cause some bleeding it is not very likely. What is more likely is lack of proper hygiene. I suggest you get to a dentist and have a dental hygienest give you each a proper dental cleaning. With that and proper brushing and flossing in the abscence of periodontal disease (gum disease) your bleeding will most likely go away.
