Issue of perception: There is variation in the sizes of various organs, like there is variation in height, weight etc and apparently "small" testicles may be perfectly normal. Do you have children? Do you want to have children? If you are concerned about your self image, you may wish to seek counselling since there is no medication to make testicles bigger.

Chronic, non-inflammatory pain of the testicle is known as "orchalgia". Many man have undergone surgical removal of the epididymis in attempts to cure the pain; it is not always successful, but if medications fail it is a final option. Good luck!
