I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on august 12th 2012, then again with a different guy on august 19th 2012 but me and the other guy used a condom and it did not break. its sept 16th 2012 and i am 5 weeks pregnant. who will most likely be the father?

Paternity Test: Even though unprotected sex is more likely to result in pregnancy, a condom can also fail even if intact. A paternity is the best way to determine the father. The odds would favor but not guarantee your boyfriend.

Likely the boyfriend: A simple way to estimate conception date is to go one year back from the due date & add 12 wks. This would point to the bf as likely. However, early dates are often only a rough estimate & may be modified after a prenatal ultrasound or other findings. The exposures were close enough that both could be the dad. Testing may be needed to sort this out.
