Yes: I'm assuming that you are referring to depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) (dp), the contraceptive. I have had patients take an oral contraceptive on top of the dp to stop breakthrough bleeding caused by the dp. I wasn't sure what you meant by 'boosting' your estrogen levels.
