Hmmm: That's a lot of hormones. I'm guessing you have very heavy vaginal bleeding. Hopefully it will start working in a week or two. If not, i would consider getting a mirena (levonorgestrel). It is an iud with Progesterone that helps make bleeding lighter. If that doesn't work you may need surgery (ablation or hysterectomy). Consider the iud! good luck.
