Neither good nor bad: Sperm are just sperm, so small you can't even see them or their wiggly tails (without a microscope). They have no effect on one's face. Sperm oil, however, was very valuable for the making of cosmetics (so was good for women's faces). Sperm oil has been replaced by modern synthetic and plant oils, because sperm oil comes from whales.
