Very itchy penis?: It is hard to tell what's happening, in words, so a doctor should evaluate. Very itchy problems tend to be allergic reactions, but on the penis it could also be a fungal infection, or insect bites (including pubic lice or "crabs"). Very red skin can be an allergic reaction, a bacterial skin infection, or a candidal yeast infection. It's best to have a doctor take a look.
