Hard to say: Could be anything from totally normal to signs of an infection or sexually transmitted disease or and do not laugh, you got soap in your urethra in the shower. If once only and then normal, probably not serious. If recurrent, go see your doctor. Most urethral infections in men are quite easily treated.
