About 5 hrs: One study showed that after 5 hours sperm were no longer detected in post-ejaculatory urine. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19889505) The conclusion as to whether sperm findings greater than 5 hours after ejaculation are improbable needs to be confirmed via further investigations.
