Yes, you can: You can use hormone methods like the progestin-only mini-pill or the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud. You can also use low-dose estrogen-progesterone birth control pills 4-6 weeks after delivery. Another option: barrier methods like the condom, diaphragm and cervical cap. Hope this helps!
