See your pcp: First the cause of the problem must be found. Then an appropriate treatment can be prescrived. If your pcp cannot help you with this, he/she can refer you to a urologist who can.

Some men find that 4 grams of arginine hydrochloride taken 8 hours before sex increases the effectiveness of these medications. Losing weight and exercise also makes them more likely to work. Hormone supplementation may also be helpful.
