Unlikely: It is possible, that this could lead to desensitization, but not really erectile dysfunction. The intensity/scope of the material to which you masturbate is much more important than the gender of the person/people regarding this desensitization.

Not valid question: As far as we know, masturbation does not cause erectile dysfunction. If one were to experiment sexually and injure the phallus, then the traumatic event can result in vascular/nerve injury that can lead to erectile dysfunction.
