Yes: Genital warts can be small measuring only a few mm or larger cauliflower like lesions. It is possible to only have a solitary lesion or several lesions at the same time.

Yes.: If you have one, you should be looking carefully for additional ones. Topical medications such as Imiquimod or veregen (sinecatechins) are good because they can signal the body's immune system to recognize the virus that causes the wart(s) to occur.
