No: Men may experience penile discharge, burning w urination ; /or ejaculation as well as itching internal to the penis. Woman may have green/yellow/white or clear discharge ; redness, itching, burning of tissues. Pain may occur w urination or w sex. Complications of untreated trichomoniasis include the development of pelvic inflammatory disease in women. Complications in both men ; women can ^ risk.
