Can testosterone cream be applied to the scrotum to enhance absorption? will that hurt the testes more than applying a stronger dose on a leg or arm?

Application sites: Most sources (including companies making the product & package directions) state specifically not to apply testosterone to scrotum or penis. T can lower sperm counts in larger doses; so direct application to scrotum may do that. Can also irritate scrotum. See image for recommended sites. Inner thighs have highest concentration of t receptors. Avoid fatty areas as fat can convert t to estrogen.

See below: Medication for testosterone replacement therapy come in many varieties (creams, patches, shots). Skin thickness and blood supply vary from location to location, potentially affecting delivery of the drug. Since each drug was tested on a certain location in the body, it is important to follow the instructions on the label for the individual drugs.
