Possibly: Hpv, also known as human papilloma virus can cause genital warts. If you give oral sex to a penis that has the hpv infection, it is possible to get oral or throat cancer. Fortunately, saliva can help prevent the transmission of the virus, but saliva is by no means a perfect barrier. You need to be careful.
