Not likely: Estrogen can be converted into testosterone which could increase arousal. Also, estrogen can fix vaginal dryness which could help with arousal. To much can make your breast swell and make your nipples very sensitive which i suppose could lead to arousal. But for the most part, estrogen is not associated with arousal.
