Estrogen & Menopause: Depends on the cream, but about 50% of women after menopause will grow a lining if stimulated by estradiol. Think of Estradiol as a fertilizer. Then we come in with the "lawnmower" which is progesterone, often in a 10-day burst every few months to remove the lining.
