Genital lesions: Herpes simplex lesions are blisters that become ulcers and heal within a week but may recur. Molluscum is a bump, often with an indentation at the top and does not become an ulcer or heal within a few days.

Agree with Dr. L: If based on the information Dr. L provided, you are not able to settle the issue, you should see your doctor for a proper evaluation. If the lesions are on your genitals, it is imperative that you get tested for other sexually transmitted infections.
