Yes.: Normal erectile function requires a well regulated flow of blood from the penile arteries into the erectile tissue of the penis, then out through draining veins. Any condition that diminishes, restricts, or compromises this flow can lead to erectile dysfunction.

Yes: Erectile dysfunction can be due to poor arterial blood flow, poor venous occlusion (trapping the blood), or nerve problems just to name a few possibilities. Also anxiety can also play a major role in causing erection issues.
