Possibly: This seemed to happen with some antibiotics - as i recall the bigger concern was Erythromycin class. Because of this i always recommend backup contraception when on and until next pack after antibiotics.

Yes : They can affect it so when you are on antibaiotics you should be using a backup method like condoms etc.
