Fatigue and worry: Liver transplantation is a life threatening event and can cause anxiety and depression in the transplant, inhibiting normal life functions including sexual activity. The healthy liver is also responsible for many functions from blood clensing, to glucose metabolism.Without appropriate liver function fatigue is a major problem and "can make cowards of us all" limiting sesual activity.
