Situational : Masturbation involves an erection and if male, stimulation of the glans and or shaft and perineum. The prostate and other genital accessory glands engorge with blood and fluids and all surround the urethra. Pressures are exerted inward and urine flow will be weak or difficult. With time after this physiologic experience the urine flow should return to normal. Pre-existing issues can be wose.
