None: Food choices are very seldom the key to the management of any illness, other than the nutritional disease. Being sick is difficult enough without superstition. While you're recovering from zoster, eat sensibly. Generally, anyone does well to avoid much of the very sugary, the very greasy, or the very salty stuff. Best wishes.
