Possibly not linked: It is not clear to me why this would lead to stomach and back pain. It is conceivable you might have rectal pain and some back pain. Is there any bleeding to suggest there was any damage? Are you passing stool and urine normally? If everything is working normally I would watch things closely, hoping they will resolve. If any bleeding, fevers or other worrisome symptoms I would seek attention now.
