Birth control pills: A woman can stop birth control pills when she is ready to get pregnant. It is best to complete the pill pack and not start a new pack. Most women will ovulate in the first month after they stop using birth control pills and therefore can get pregnant immediately. Some women may take a little longer to resume ovulation.
