Breast Tenderness: The wellbutrin (bupropion) should be out of your system mostly after a week, even in extended release form. I don't think the wellbutrin (bupropion) is related to the breast pain at this point. It is common to have breast tenderness from fibrocystic disease of the breast and hormonal changes, as you know. Retake a first AM urine pregnancy test a week after your missed period to be sure. See your physician for exam soon.
