It DOES!: Pre-ejaculate does in fact have sperm in it. Sometimes a surprising amount! It doesn't have ALL of the sperm available at that time, of course. The larger amount of sperm are waiting in the ejaculatory ducts for the moment of orgasm. But don't be fooled. The clear seminal liquid has sperm swimming in it. Try looking at it under a microscope and you'll see them!

Pre-ejaculate: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile.
