Skin graft required: Cosmetic appearance after "foreskin restoration" is almost invariably poor, even in the best of hands. Restored skin will likely be swollen due accumulated lymph & edema. Split-skin, used for graft on outside of penis, may contract & cause secondary phimosis. Finally, what is the point?
