Pregnancy?: Assuming that you have not missed any birth control pills, or taken them more than seven days after finishing a package, you are probably not pregnant. To be certain, get a serum test ( HCG) which is very accurate. Sometimes position changes with deeper penetration of the penis can cause the symptoms you describe, but these should subside in a couple days
