Possible: It could be nothing more than a GI virus but if your period isn't normal you need to check a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative. In the meantime you can try peptobismol or kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) and the BRATT diet- bananas, rice, applesauce, tea, and toast.
