Pregnant?: This is very unlikely, but I never say never. If you miss a period would use a home pregnancy test kit 4-5 days after it was due, and if negative, again in 7-10 days more. Good luck.

Doubtful...but: it only takes 1 sperm: theorectically your odds of pregnacy are low, but not impossible. I suggest a pregnacy test in 10-14 days.

Unlikely: If you were regularly taking the shot and were on time, the chances of pregnancy are low. However, if this was your first injection, then there may be a small chance.
