Having bad cramps and nausea one week before expected period while taking birth control normal ?
I've been spotting for 5 days (brown type) with cramps similar to what I normally have for a period and my period is due. I don't spot normally before my period and definitely not pregnant nor am I on Birth Control. Should I be worried?
