Lab test required: The symptoms are very similar, although with chlamydia they tend to be milder, and more often no symptoms at all. You need lab testing to know which you have, or maybe neither one -- other STDs can also cause the same symptoms like vaginal discharge, burning urination, spotting after sex, or low abdominal pain.
