Sounds like: "rough sex" and the definition of this differs a lot!!! The most common cause is just that ..rough sex and lubricants can help! Condoms also will help if LUBRICATED. I assume this is NOT a question about "safe sex"....since these answers only deal with your SYMPTOMS! Hope this helps Dr Z
