Some women with : Eating Disorders severe enough to cause secondary amenorrhea & its resultant osteoporosis still ovulate. If your EPT is +, your pregnancy is considered high-risk. It's sad that you've had a life-threatening illness for a year or more with insufficient or absent medical & psychiatric care, from your symptoms. Please read http://www.something-fishy.org/dangers/dangers.php & seek appropriate care.

No...: If you are having unprotected sex you could become pregnant (your cycles are obviously not normal BUT it isn't impossible for you to ovulate at any unpredictable time). Take a pregnancy test if you are concerned. Then see your doctor and get into a treatment program for your bulimia - you are risking your life and there are programs to help you learn to love and take care of yourself.
